Delivery & Shipping Policy
We process all orders within 1-2 working days after order confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
We provide pan-India shipping. Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout before payment.
Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available on selected orders.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your delivery status.
Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, logistics delays, or high demand.
Return & Replacement Policy
We offer easy replacement in case you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
To request a replacement, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with proper proof (images/video).
We do not accept returns or replacements on personalized/customized products, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5-7 working days after approval.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
