Returns + Exchanges

Non-customized items (if any) may be returned within 2 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Shipping fees are not refundable  .

•Customized items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless there was an error on our part (e.g., printing mistake or damage during transit).

•In such cases, please reach out within 30 days and provide photos. We’ll reprint or replace at no extra charge.
